Mission
Notre client recherche un SAP Delivery Manager senior pour accompagner un programme stratégique de transformation SAP S/4HANA Greenfield en Suisse Romande. Le rôle consiste à piloter le delivery, coordonner les équipes et assurer le bon avancement du programme.
Responsability
- Lead the delivery and progress of activities across the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
- Coordinate internal and external SAP functional and technical teams, integrators and service providers
- Manage project schedules, deliverables and key milestones
- Identify dependencies, risks and potential delays and coordinate appropriate actions
- Oversee data migration activities and ensure alignment between technical and SAP teams
- Provide regular progress reporting and escalation to programme management

- Strong experience as an SAP Delivery Manager
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programmes
- Experience working with Clean Core and fit-to-standard approaches
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple SAP teams, integrators and external providers
- Knowledge of data migration and SAP migration tools
- Experience with Python / Spark and LSMW / EMIGALL is an advantage
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
