Our client is looking for a Senior SAP Basis Consultant for a freelance mission based in Paris. This opportunity is suited to an experienced SAP Basis professional with more than 10 years of experience, who is comfortable working in a complex SAP landscape within a dynamic team environment. The consultant will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of the SAP landscape
Responsability
- Administer and maintain SAP systems
- Ensure system availability, performance, and stability across the SAP landscape
- Manage SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and transports
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues
- Support incident and problem management activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Implement SAP technical practices and security standards
- Provide expert-level support on SAP Basis topics
Searched profile
- More than 10 years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP system administration (ECC and/or S/4HANA environments)
- Solid experience with system monitoring, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Ability to work autonomously on complex technical environments
- Experience in large enterprise SAP landscapes
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Based in the Paris / Île-de-France region or able to commute regularly onsite
